Read the two results separately
Published file match means a source record contains your game version and loader. Aternos catalog status answers whether the platform offers the project. Neither alone proves a working server installation.
This tool uses the existing author-file snapshots, showing each project’s review date and file ID. For Mielon, the current update overview also records newer Modrinth releases; the checker does not describe older saved CurseForge files as the latest release.
The direct Aternos project-directory request on October 2 led to sign-in rather than a public project listing. The saved platform status is therefore unknown, rather than an assertion that a Sift project is available or absent. Open Aternos’s mod library and search for the exact project and author.
Installation checklist on Aternos
Aternos’s Java mod installation guide documents this workflow:
- Select mod-supporting server software, including the appropriate loader.
- Search its mod library for the project on CurseForge or Modrinth.
- Check the file’s Minecraft version, loader and required dependencies.
- Match the mod environment on the clients joining the server.
- Start the server and verify that you can connect.
The final step is an actual installation check. This website has not created or tested a server for these projects.
If a file matches but the library has no result
Aternos installs mods from its own library. Its file-access policy does not provide arbitrary uploaded mod JARs as a substitute. Use the platform’s suggestion process when an eligible project is missing. A local download does not establish an Aternos installation path.
For no file record, check the author’s current release list. That result is a limit of the dated snapshot, not proof that the combination will never be supported. For invalid input, enter a numbered game version such as 26.2 or 1.21.1, then select a Java loader.
Check dependencies before the portal
A file with a matching name can still require a different library build. Read GeckoLib dependencies for Mielon’s branches, including conflicting published dependency metadata. Keep Fabric, Forge and NeoForge requirements separate.
Once the server and client actually start with the matching project, continue to the author’s gameplay guide. The portal directory helps identify the entrance for the version you installed.
