Find the quest before looking for a companion
Wobble Run is the Dungeons II side quest that introduces color-changing Wobbles. The Wobble entity record places these creatures in The Sift and records Pogo Frog as a development name.
Search by quest context and shape
Wobbles act as ambient creatures during Wobble Run, hiding in bushes for heroes to find. Start with that side quest’s active objective rather than treating every patch of Sift vegetation as a guaranteed Wobble location. The creature can change color, so an image with one color is an example of its appearance, not a requirement that all hidden Wobbles look identical.
For recognition, keep the creature’s outline and the hide-and-seek context together. A Nuzzle grazing in the meadow or a Trill flock overhead may share the broader scenery but does not belong to this same search task. The quest name tells you which interaction you are trying to complete.
Know which result you are trying to obtain
There are three different completion signals in the documented chain. During the search, you are finding the creatures required by the quest. At the end, you are receiving Wobblestone. Once you use that talisman, you are summoning a companion. Keeping those steps separate helps diagnose an apparent mismatch: finding a creature in a bush does not mean that the equipment reward is already available.
The Wobble gallery includes a companion image captioned as emitting a healing aura. Read Wobblestone’s current equipment description for the aura values when comparing it with another talisman.
Compare Wobblestone with other pet and summon names
Prickle is another talisman-associated companion, recognizable by a purple ground effect that immobilizes enemies. The official Blub pet follows an edition-content route instead of this side quest. These differences make “how do I get the companion?” a question about the specific creature and item, rather than one general taming method for every Sift inhabitant.
Pogo Frog is the historical development label recorded for Wobble. Use it to match old references, then use Wobble Run and Wobblestone for the actual quest and reward. For the next step in play, check whether your objective still asks for hidden Wobbles or whether you have reached the equipment stage of that chain.
