Follow the campaign through Lullaby Hilltop
The gate at Lullaby Hilltop opens with the Scared Golem’s Soul Block during The Final Souldown. The four stolen golem souls belong to a later side quest. Identify your active quest before looking for a block: these objectives use the same resource in different ways.
Reach Lullaby Hills through the Sift campaign and approach its minecart stations to activate them. The station list includes Lullaby Hilltop and Illager Stronghold. They are useful return points for the later golem quests; neither is a substitute for completing the campaign objective that opens the route.
At the sealed path, the published gate walkthrough records this sequence:
- Speak to the Scared Golem beside the blocked route.
- Take the Soul Block it offers.
- Carry the block to the nearby pedestal and place it there.
- Continue when the objective changes to finding a way across the chasm.
- Follow the subsequent gate objective toward the Illager Stronghold.
The block powers the pedestal; a conventional key or lever is not the solution described for this gate. If your objective already says to place the block, return to that mechanism instead of searching the entire region for another resource. This gate operation leaves the golem inactive and sets up its later recovery story.
Restore the golem in A Friend Till The End
The campaign route and the optional restoration have different goals. When A Friend Till The End is available, find a replacement Soul Block using the active quest marker, bring it back to the Scared Golem, and place it in the golem.
The next objective is to destroy three Illager machines. Follow the marked machine locations and attack the machines themselves. Return when the counter reaches three, then finish the conversation. The published walkthrough identifies Prickle’s Mark as the reward and Lonesome in Lullaby Hills as the follow-up quest.
Recover the four stolen souls in the stronghold
Gamer Social Club’s achievement walkthrough starts Lonesome in Lullaby Hills beside the Lullaby Hilltop fast-travel point, after the campaign and the preceding golem quest. Its route sends you into the Illager Stronghold to recover four golem souls:
| Part of the stronghold | Souls recorded by the walkthrough |
|---|---|
| Ground level | 2 |
| Upper part of the stronghold | 1 |
| Final section | 1 |
Each pickup has an ambush. The final one includes a Redstone Monstrosity encounter. Use the quest markers to locate the pickups rather than treating this regional description as an exact coordinate map.
After all four pickups, fast travel back to Lullaby Hilltop. Find the golem, which has moved a short distance, return the souls, and finish its dialogue. The completion wakes the Echo Golems and earns Choir Conductor. The Wiki’s talisman and weapon records identify the resulting sword as Lullaby Blade; it is separate from Prickle’s Mark.
Choose the right Soul Block objective
| Active task | What you need to do |
|---|---|
| The Final Souldown gate | Carry the Scared Golem’s block to the pedestal |
| A Friend Till The End | Restore the golem, destroy three machines, and return |
| Lonesome in Lullaby Hills | Recover four stolen souls from the stronghold and return them |
For travel between the two stations, use fast travel. Continue with the quest directory or the Dungeons II overview. These instructions concern the released Dungeons II campaign; Java and Bedrock’s future Sift update has its own entrance rules.
